Resumo

This research was carried out through a quantitative and qualitative design, resulting from the Tutorial Work Plan of the diploma "Tutoring and the Challenges of Accompaniment in the Comprehensive Formation of Higher Education Students." It accounts for the problem of terminal efficiency of an administrative career in a Mexican university context, taking a sample of 50 enrolled students, and making the statistical comparison of graduated students according to terminal efficiency of generations 2009 to 2012. Likewise, the accompaniment of tutoring with educational guidance is considered from a school organization point of view; among the central themes are methodology, working conditions and institutional perception, as well as a strategic proposal for a marketing campaign to disseminate information, which will be very useful for the terminal efficiency of graduates in future generations.
